Kidney Health Australia (KHA) Awards for Clinical & Laboratory Presentations relating to Kidney Diseases or Kidney Transplantation

KHA has generously sponsored two awards, each to the value of $1,000, for the best clinical and laboratory-based presentations at the Annual Scientific Meeting. The awards are judged on abstracts and presentation at the ASM, with a focus on research relating to kidney disease and/or kidney transplant outcomes.

All presenting financial members of the Society are eligible. The successful awardees will be formally announced and presented with their award at the TSANZ Annual Awards Dinner.

Lungitude Foundation Award for Research/ Clinical Presentations relating to Lung Transplantation Research/ Clinical Outcomes

Lungitude has generously sponsored an inaugural award to the value of $1,000, for the best research / clinical presentation at the 2025 Annual Scientific Meeting.

The award is judged on relevant abstracts which are selected for Oral Presentation at the ASM, that are research and/or clinical projects with a focus on but not limited to: reducing the incidence of Chronic Lung Allograft Dysfunction (CLAD); investigating immunological factors to improve donor/recipient matching; prevention and treatment of CMV disease and other lung transplant related infectious complications; novel strategies to optimise patient outcomes and improve the lung transplant patient journey.

All presenting financial members of the Society are eligible. The successful awardee will be formally announced and presented with their award at the TSANZ Annual Awards Dinner.
