Forging ahead with strategic direction
Our 25 Advisory Committees and Working Groups/Subcommittees/Special Interest Groups involving 364 volunteers support the advancement of high-quality transplantation research across both clinical practice and basic science, aiming to improve outcomes in organ donation and transplantation.
Annual Scientific Meeting and Associated Meetings
Our Annual Scientific Meeting and associated meetings serve as key platforms for presenting transplantation research for peer evaluation. Through our meetings we provide education and training for scientists, surgeons, physicians, trainees, nurses, and allied health professionals involved in the care of organ donors and recipients.
Publication of Guidelines
We have developed and implemented guidelines such as our Clinical Guidelines for Organ Transplantation from Deceased Donors and policies to ensure equitable access to donor organs and to enhance patient care, including the prevention of complications for those undergoing transplantation.
