Working Group - Adolescent and Young Adult Transplant

The Adolescent and Young Adult Transplant Working Group is Chaired by Dr. Rachael Harry.

The Working Group purpose is to undertake a scoping review to identify local and international current practice and guidance documents with the aim to develop models and standards of care to support improved care for Adolescent and Young Adults living with transplants in Australia and New Zealand.
