Developed by TSANZ in collaboration with expert advisory committees, clinical working groups and key sector stakeholders to support best practice in organ transplantation.
The TSANZ Guidelines Advisory Panel (GAP) provides strategic oversight and expert input into the development, review, and implementation of clinical guidelines across all solid organ transplantation in Australia. It ensures that guidelines are evidence based, relavant, and reflect current best practice.
Key Functions:
Advises on priorities for new guideline topics and updates to existing ones
Reviews methodology, structure and consistency across guidelines
Ensures guidelines align with national standards and regulatory frameworks
Supports dissemination and implementation of published guidelines
