Attending the 2025 ASM with Children

The Transplantation Society of Australia and New Zealand (TSANZ) Board and SPEC support the needs of working and professional parents. Therefore, feel free to bring your small children and infants along to any sessions and catering breaks. Please note that supervision is the sole responsibility of the parent(s)/guardian(s).

 ALTERNATIVELY make use of our childcare subsidy

Childcare Subsidy

TSANZ will subsidise parents requiring additional paid childcare during the Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM).  For children 0-5 years, ASM delegates may receive up to $250 per child, for the main 2.5 days of the ASM (Sunday, Monday and Tuesday).  This funding is limited so please:

·        Indicate your interest via email to [email protected]

·        Register for the ASM before April 30, 2025

·        For re-imbursement, please email a receipt of the cost of childcare for the dates being claimed together with your bank details
